     Concept of Enameling Heating Board:
     Electric heating film -- enameling heating board is used ultrafine resistance alloy material with special formula technology to make high-temperature inorganic film on enameling surface before grinding, printing, encapsulation, high temperature sintering process. The film perpetually comes into being a whole unit with the enameling board. When it is electrified, the electric resistance film gives out infrared heat to form heat radiant point and heat itself through convection.

     Performance Features of Enameling Heating Board:
     1. The element produces no open flame and oxygenation when it works. The using life is 20 times more than ordinary electric heating wire element.
     2. The element adopts enameling as carrier. It gives out high far-infrared radiation whose infrared wavelength is 2-15um, small dilated coefficient, helpful to our health.
     3. The element is a kind of planar heat source which equally heat in full area, low power density, low temperature film, working maximum temperature of film ≤300℃.
     4.The element adopts enameling as carrier, it is good at horizontal thermal conductivity and heat more evenly.
     5. The element has an effect like colored glaze, colorful, unique, not fading.
